How a bracket is made
Shown: our pressed mounting bracket
- 01
Shear the blank
Sheet is cut to size on our shearing machines — up to 6 mm thick and 1,250 mm wide.
- 02
Pierce
Mounting holes and the U-notch are pierced on mechanical power presses from 10 to 120 T.
- 03
Form
The side lips are formed in press tools developed and sustained in-house.
- 04
Ready for fitment
Welded, treated and assembled as required — delivered on schedule.

Sheet Metal Pressing
Our press shop runs 9 mechanical power presses, ranging from 10-ton C-frame presses to an 80-ton H-frame and a 120-ton C-frame press. This range lets us produce small brackets and formed parts as well as heavier pressed components, in the large volumes our customers require.
- 120 T C-frame and 80 T H-frame (Rolex make)
- 2 × 50 T C-frame (Singh make)
- 30 T and 2 × 20 T double-gear C-frame
- 2 × 10 T C-frame

02 / 07
Fabrication & MIG Welding
Fabricated components such as stands, brackets and tubular assemblies are welded on seven MIG welding machines (300 A and 400 A), supported by fixtures developed in-house by our management team.
- 5 × MIG welding machines, 300 A
- 2 × MIG welding machines, 400 A
- Welding fixtures for repeatable assemblies

03 / 07
Spot Welding
A 5 kVA spot welding machine is used for joining pressed sheet metal parts into sub-assemblies.
- Spot welding machine, 5 kVA

04 / 07
Shearing & Blank Preparation
Two shearing machines prepare blanks and strips in-house, giving us control over material preparation from the start of the process.
- Shearing machine, 6 mm × 1250 mm
- Shearing machine, 4 mm × 1250 mm

05 / 07
Heat Treatment & Secondary Operations
We undertake all the operations needed to supply finished products. Our reliable and experienced team carries out heat treatment, induction hardening, sparking and wire cutting, so components reach the customer as ready-for-fitment parts.
- Heat treatment
- Induction hardening
- Sparking (EDM)
- Wire cutting

06 / 07
Assembly & Volume Production
The company is equipped to handle large volumes of products. Our trained workforce processes components and assembles finished goods, and we have earned our name through stringent quality levels and strict adherence to delivery schedules.
- Component processing and assembly
- Large-volume production
- Strict adherence to delivery schedules
